We advise on matters concerning shareholders rights, JVs, corporate law in general and Bangladesh Security & Exchange Commission issues. We conduct registration of local and 100% foreign-owned companies, filing and updating etc with the RJSC regularly. We represent companies/individuals in shareholders dispute, minority rights filing for amalgamation before the Company Bench of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh regularly.
We provide assistance both nationally and internationally in arbitration proceedings on issues arising from building and engineering contracts, and commercial disputes. We also represent Arbitration proceedings before the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission.

Such service is particularly suitable for local or multi-national companies, having nationwide sales or distribution channels or telecommunication services.
We have extensive experience of providing nationwide legal/paralegal services, to mobile operator Banglalink Digital Communication Ltd., media house Asiatic360 Group and agro industries like Phoenix Group. Services include filing of GD, FIR at various Police Stations across the country, assistance, documentation for insurance claim, recovery of stolen/seized properties, representing in civil disputes and cases, mutation and land documents updating, search, tax payments and records, representation in workers disputes and court cases, trade license registration etc.
Services may be customized based on individual need and designated lawyer can be assigned centrally at Dhaka or at divisional/district head quarters. Depending on the nature of service we may engage advocates locally paralegal professionals to represent client’s interest. Engagements has to be on a two-yearly contractual basis.
Other Conditions:
‘Advocate’ shall mean an advocate enrolled in the local bar association to attend Court proceedings. ‘Paralegal Professional (PP)’ means any person with legal or paralegal skills, expertise/education but not enrolled at the respective bar association/jurisdiction. All related costs including travel cost from Dhaka (or nearest post/divisional headquarters, as the case maybe), accommodation and ancillary costs are chargeable at actual (or as agreed mutually between the parties prior to engagement). An additional service charge is applicable for each incident/case.
